JORDAN KRIZENOSKY, GENERAL MANAGER
Jordan began his journey at a small cafe and banquet hall in West Hartford where he worked
the takeout window, making hot dogs and ice cream cones. There, he eventually worked his way through the positions of busser, food runner, banquet server, and finally banquet captain. Four years later, and ready for a new challenge, Jordan took a chance and applied to ABC – intermittently working a year at Zohara upon its opening.
Jordan has developed immensely during his tenure, lending his thirst for knowledge to the bar program. He notes his biggest influence for constant self-improvement is former ABC General Manager Joel Brown.
AUDRA ELLIS, ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
Audra believes that a restaurant is more than just a place to eat—it’s a community hub where lasting memories are made. Her focus is on providing exceptional service, fostering team growth, and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
With 9 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Audra Ellis brings both expertise and energy to her role as Assistant General Manager!
Starting her career as a server, Audra quickly realized that restaurant management was where her true passion lies. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel at home, and the staff is empowered to thrive.
“What I love most about being a restaurant manager is seeing the smiles on our guests’ faces and helping our team grow.” AND… Fun Fact, Audra has an identical twin!
Audra is passionate about creating an environment where both guests and staff feel valued and appreciated. For her, every shift is an opportunity to build a community where everyone can connect and create special moments.
When she’s not managing the restaurant, Audra enjoys spending time with her little family and going on new adventures.

JESSE LEE PARKS IV, EXECUTIVE CHEF
With 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Jesse Lee Parks IV brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our kitchen.
Starting his career as a line cook, Jesse quickly discovered his true calling in restaurant management, excelling as both a Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) manager. His hands-on leadership style and commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere have made him a respected figure in the culinary world!
Chef Jesse’s philosophy is simple: A restaurant is more than just a place to eat; It’s a community hub where memories are made. He thrives on crafting feel-good dishes that delight guests while fostering a supportive environment where the staff can shine. For Jesse, the true reward is seeing guests leave satisfied, knowing they’ve had an unforgettable experience.
“If I could only eat one dish for the rest of my life, it would definitely be a prime, bone-in, dry-aged Kansas City strip! I can never get enough of it.”
Outside of the kitchen, Jesse enjoys hiking the beautiful mountains of New England and working on modifying and upgrading his car—his favorite way to unwind! Jesse is also a skilled gamer, with a surprising talent for first-person games like Call of Duty.
Chef Jesse is dedicated to making each dining experience not only delicious but memorable.
